The Christmasland world of experience - we offer you everything your Christmas heart desires. Come by and browse our retail store with huge selection. In addition, we offer our customers in our restaurant "Zum Weihnachtsland" still the optimal rounding off to your visit.
The manufacture of our self-produced goods is located directly in the house. Your orders we also ship here - the goods are shipped directly by us, not by dropshipping.

Children's eyes light up, little mouths stand open in amazement and the joyful excitement is palpable - this is Christmas. In our Wichtelstube, however, there is this great atmosphere not only during Advent, but all year round. The many varied events for small and large Christmas friends make every trip to Christmasland a special experience.

Yes, of course you can arrive as a group. It is best to let us know in advance if you are a group of more than 10 people, then we can better plan your visit and cater to individual requirements.
If you pre-order as a group of 15 people or more, we will open the restaurant outside of regular opening hours.
Our Christmas land is open as follows:
Monday - Friday and on Advent weekends:
10:00 - 18:00
Saturday, Sunday and holidays:
10:00 - 17:00
December 24 and 31:
10:00 - 12:00
Unfortunately, we cannot always keep the current Covid-19 regulations up to date here. Therefore, please inform yourself about the currently applicable notes and regulations for the state of Saxony. If in doubt, please call beforehand, then we can provide further information on the applicable regulations. We look forward to your visit!
No, we do not charge entrance fees for visiting us. You can look at the products at your leisure, also our specials are without entrance fees. Of course, also our restaurant.

The consultation of our customers is a matter of course for us! The delivery time is highly dependent on the shipping service provider. We strive to send the order within one business day, then you will receive a shipment number and can track the shipment live! More information about the delivery you can then get on the page of the shipping service provider.
No, a user account is not required. You can simply order comfortably as a guest with us or use the PayPal Checkout also the PayPal customer data. Thus, no input of address data is necessary.
But through a customer account you enjoy many advantages. For example, you get access to an order overview, a wish list, can store multiple shipping addresses and much more!

Yes, you are also welcome to call through us to place your order by phone. However, we prefer a written order to make sure that the address information is not misunderstood. If you have problems with the order processing in the store, please contact us and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
Generally we deliver worldwide. Please also note the shipping costs for international shipping. For shipping outside Europe, we recommend to choose the "Shipping International Premium", because thus the order is delivered by air and the delivery time is significantly lower.
To process a return, please contact our customer service directly. You will then receive a return receipt by e-mail and can print it out or have it ready digitally on your cell phone. Afterwards, you only have to drop off the package at a parcel store. Please note that either the label must be attached or the QR code must be shown on the cell phone. There are no return costs for you.
Have you already received a shipping notification? Thus, the package is already on its way to you. In the shipping confirmation you will find a shipment number or a link to track the shipment. Through this link, you can track your shipment live.
