Preparation: 1. Heat 3/8 liter (375 ml) of water, stir in 50 g Sauerbraten-Fix and bring to a boil.
2. Add 500 g braised meat and bring to a boil.
3. Stew with the lid of the pot closed for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours at low heat. Turn roast if necessary.
